His life is one long holiday. Charles A. Valley, an American ex-pilot and dotcom tycoon is globetrotting for over 11 years to win the title of the most traveled in the world. His wife and three children are very supportive, and sometimes joins him on his expeditions.

So far, he has spent £1.5 million and is currently ranked as the most traveled person in the world, having visited 814 countries, enclaves, territories, autonomous regions, geographically separated island groups and major states and provinces. The 10,000 members on the website votes for new places for him to jetset to and it is considered complete once he submit a photo of him at the location, a credit card receipt or a passport stamp from the country.
