The Dubai based luxury hospitality company - Jumeirah group signed a contract with Xanadu Pvt. Ltd. to operate the 5-star deluxe property in Gaaf Alif Atoll in the Maldives. Jumeirah Meradhoo will feature 16 exclusive water villas that are separate from the main island forming a 'water village' and 20 luxurious beach villas built on the main island. The resort will also feature a dive center giving access to one of the best reefs in the Maldives; a Talise spa and 3 restaurants.

This is the second management venture by the Jumeirah Group in the Maldives. Both the resorts will complement each other as one is located closer to the airport. Jumeirah is hoping to develop innovative combination packages for its guests wishing to experience both the resorts.
